 Overall aim of the service

Trinity Lunchroom provides a quiet caring place in the city where people can gather to eat their lunches. 

Objectives of the service are:

To provide a welcoming, hospitable space for people to meet.
To maintain a friendly, caring service where staff are interested in customers and customers are listened to and cared for
To raise money for distribution to various charitable organizations.

Client Group:

Customers on Monday and Friday are a mixture of city workers, shoppers and seniors. Customer numbers are usually lower on these days.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday customers come mostly from the School for Seniors. On these days the Lunchroom is used to capacity.

 Key Goals for the immediate future.

Re-furbishment of kitchen and serving facilities.
Future planning for development of the Lunchroom services.
Improved advertising for Lunchroom.
Development of a sucicession plan for leadership of the Lunchroom.
Recruitment of more volunteers, especially of a younger age group.
Development of training, support and recognition of volunteers.
