Customers on Monday and Friday are a mixture of city workers, shoppers and seniors. Customer numbers are usually lower on these days.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday customers come mostly from the School for Seniors. On these days the Lunchroom is used to capacity.
Re-furbishment of kitchen and serving facilities.
Future planning for development of the Lunchroom services.
Improved advertising for Lunchroom.
Development of a sucicession plan for leadership of the Lunchroom.
Recruitment of more volunteers, especially of a younger age group.
