Building Community in the heart of West Perth
Long Short Film - A star is born! Ross (Memorial Uniting Church) featured prominently in a recently made long short film. A professional film crew with actors, a director and script writer worked tirelessly through two nights for this section of the film.
The project is the work of a Christian Hons. Media Studies student at Murdoch University, and will be released towards the end of this year. As winner of the Chanel 7 News Prize 2009, one whose name appeared on the Vice Chancellor’s List for 2009 and graduated Dux of Murdoch Screen and Sound in 2009, it was a pleasure to work with such a professional young woman and to be able to offer Ross to fill the role of ‘St Mary’s Church’. We’ll keep you posted.
