Supreme Slow Balance & Exercise

A social walking group, plus slow, easy movements and balance exercises to keep your body moving. Meeting in the Trinity Lunch Room each Friday, as a group walk down to the Supreme Court Gardens. Easy warm up stretches and balance exercises for seniors in the gardens, followed by a social walk around the gardens and surrounding areas to cool down. It will be a 1 hour standing/walking class. Students are welcome to bring walking poles or a walking stick to use while walking or for additional support during balancing exercises. Wear hat, comfortable clothing, flat closed in shoes - and bring a hand towel and a bottle of water.
